  • Keep it simple - this makes it easier to clean and maintain, and in the long run, it will be cheaper to own.

Don'ts For Your Aquarium

  • Avoid overfeeding - three times a week is sufficient, anymore will pollute the tank and compromise the fishes health.
  • Don't allow people to tap the glass - this can be very stressful for fish.
  • Avoid having too many fish in one tank - this can adversely affect the water quality.
  • Don't completely empty the tank of water when cleaning - one third water change each time. Don't rinse out the shingle.
